From September, hotel and camping guests can check in at the reception ONLY with their ID cards or passports.
It will no longer be possible to manually record guests’ personal data because of the use of the digital document readers which will be mandatory everywhere. We ask all those who come to us (people under 18 as well) to bring their identity card or passport with them, because they cannot check in without presenting these documents! We can accept ID cards and passports from guests from the European Union, but from people arriving from outside of the EU, only passports can be accepted.
